I received the first birthday card as early as Thursday, June 7, 2018.
We shared classic organic Caesar salad (RM28) ~ crunchy organic romaine lettuce tossed in a creamy Caesar salad dressing blended with anchovies topped with cherry tomatoes, homemade croutons, beef bacon and grated parmesan ~
warm dark chocolate granache (RM24)~ warm dark chocolate with a melting centre served with vanilla ice cream ~
Margarita (RM25) and Argento Malbec Mendoza red wine (RM25).
It was a nice view of the KL Tower.
On Thursday, July 26, 2018, I had dinner treat from three ex-colleagues at An Viet located LG203B, The Gardens Mall. It was opened on November 11, 2015. I had Vietnamese style braised beef set (RM24.80).
The rest had Vietnamese baguette (RM14.90)
and sauteed beef with Vermicelli (RM18.90).
After dinner, we had one scoop of ice-cream each (RM11.40) at Inside Scoop. Three of us had musang king flavour while the other one had caramel biscuits flavour.
On Friday, July 27, 2018, I had lunch treat from a colleague at Nando's, Jaya One.
In the evening, I had dinner treat at SOULed Out located at No.7 G-11 & 12, Nexus Bangsar South, 59200 KL. We had mango mojitos ~ fresh mango and mango syrup diffuses into mix of rum, mint leaves and lime ~ and blueberry mojitos ~ rum, raspberry liqueur, blueberry puree, pineapple juice, lime, mint leaves get muddled and mixed ~ (RM11 during happy hours),
cheese nachos (RM23) ~ layers of crispy corn chips baked with cheese, jalapeno peppers, guacamole and Mexican tomato salsa ~
deep fried calamari (RM28) ~ crispy and crunchy squid rings in a secret batter recipe ~
one bottle of Apple Fox and three bottles of Strongbow ~ gold , dark fruit and elderflower ~
kakiage (RM12) ~ julienned vegetables with tempura batter accompanied with spicy mayo
and lastly, lava cake (RM17) ~ warm, moist chocolate cake in praline sauce & cashew nuts topped with Haagen Dazs vanilla ice-cream ~
On Wednesday, August 1, 2018, I had dinner treat from a friend at Secret Loc Cafe located at No.1, Jalan Kuchai Maju 5, Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park, 58100 KL.
I had Thai style chicken bento set.
Both of us have hot lemon tea and shared beef fillet with black pepper sauce.
Lastly, on Sunday, August 5, 2018, I had lunch treat from an ex-colleague at Sopoonge located at B1-070, MyTown Shopping Centre, Jalan Cochrane, 55100 KL.
I had bulgogi (RM21.50) ~ marinated beef with soy sauce, stir-fried with vegetables and glass noodles ~ and she had chicken ramyeon (RM14.90). We shared the mango bingsu for dessert.
