Celebrating birthday at Hubba

On Monday, June 12, 2023, my colleagues and I treated a colleague for birthday lunch at Hubba Restaurant located at Level G, SENI Mont Kiara, 2A, Changkat Duta Kiara, Mont Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur. It was her actual birthday. It opens daily from 12pm to 12am.

The birthday girl and another colleague had Hainanese chicken chop (RM26) ~ boneless chicken leg breadcrumbed and fried served with mixed veggies and chunky potatoes smothered in brown onion gravy. Another colleague had seafood marinara spaghetti (RM32).

I had salmon teriyaki (RM38) ~ seared salmon with homemade teriyaki sauce, mashed potatoes, snow peas and sauteed mushrooms.

Lunch at The Farm

On Saturday, June 3, 2023, my ex-colleague and I went for lunch at The Farm Restaurant located at Unit G-1 & G-2, Ground Level, The Sphere, No.1, Avenue 1, Bangsar South City, No.8, Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur. It opens from 11am to 10pm on Monday to Thursday, 11am to 11pm on Friday, 10am to 11am on Saturday and 10am to 10pm on Sunday.

I had pan-seared barramundi (RM46.40) ~ a smoky pan-seared Barramundi fillet served with crunchy chilli paste, sauteed pak choy along with some Lyonnaise style fried potatoes and onions ~ and green apple juice (RM13.92) while my ex-colleague had jerk chicken chop (RM41.76) ~ classic grilled chicken chop with a soy honey glaze served with mashed potatoes and salad ~ and orange juice (RM13.92).

Lunch at Madam Kwan's

On Friday, June 2, 2023, I treated four of my colleagues for lunch at Madam Kwan's Restaurant located in 163 Retail Park, G1-01, 8, Jalan Kiara, Mont Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur. It opens from 11am to 10pm daily.

We shared kailan oyster (RM21.90), wok fried beef with spring onion and ginger (RM32.90), assam fish (RM42.90), sweet and sour prawns (RM33.90), banana fritters (RM18.90).

Lunch at Cili Kampung

On Thursday, June 1, 2023, six of my colleagues and I had lunch at Cili Kampung Restaurant located at Lot V-02, Hartamas Walk, Hartamas Shopping Centre, Jalan Sri Hartamas 1, Taman Sri Hartamas, 50480 Kuala Lumpur.

We shared masak lomak chicken, sambal prawn, terung goreng belacan and telur dadar. I had apple asam boi while the rest had sirap.

Brunch and dessert in Seremban

On Sunday, May 28, 2023, my friend and I had brunch at The Muffin House located at 277, Jalan S2 B12, Uptown Avenue Seremban 2, 70300 Kuala Lumpur. It opens daily from 10.30am to 9pm.

My friend had The Boss Big Breakfast (RM20.88) which comes with black coffee 

while I had Aussie Brekkie (RM30) and ginger lemongrass (RM19.72).

We also shared the chicken gyoza (RM15).

Coming back? We were given a RM2.50 voucher. Too bad it's out of KL. 

Otherwise would definitely come back even without voucher.

After brunch, we had cendol at Cendol Songkok Tinggi located at Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. It opens daily from 9am to 6.30pm. I had durian cendol (RM6.90) while my friend had gula apong ice-cream (RM6.90). We also shared the cucur ikan bilis and I ordered lontong to take-away.
