Tesco Walk for Life 2013

This year the Tesco Walk for Life was held at University of Malaya campus on Sunday, November 17, 2013.
Collection of T-shirt was from 6 am to 7.30 am.  We reached there at 6.48 am.  Breakfast ~ banana, cream bun and hot chocolate ~ was provided.
We were flagged off at 8.10 am.
We received a certificate of participation,
goodie bag
 and a book upon completion.
There are 10 challenges ~ tyre, limbo rock, maze, basketball, football, exercise, angry bird, wii bowling, treasure pond and green trivia ~ and we are required to complete at least 6 to be eligible for lucky draw.  I only completed 3 challenges ~ tyre, maze and limbo rock ~ so we left at 9.55 am before the lucky draw took place.

Till next week, let's continue walking...

Taman Desa Park

On Saturday, October 26, 2013, we decided to go to a park at Taman Desa.
There is no lake at this park. Just a football field, tennis court, badminton court, basketball court, exercise station
 and of course, a playground.
There is no jogging track - don't think we'll come back here for our Saturday morning walk.

Till next week, looking forward to the Maybank Wild Tiger Run this Saturday.
