Fine dining at Aloft KL Sentral

On Tuesday, May 24, 2016, our department sales team went for the Agency Award and Recognition Dinner at Aloft KL Sentral.

We left the office around 3 pm for hair-do and make-up
~good excuse to be out of office during office hours for non-work related matter~
We started with the appetizer,
seafood ceviche
~mesclun greens, citrus fluid gel, mango salsa, red radish & orange~
and tomato soup
~cheese tortellini, basil and grated parmesan~
 with main course,
braised beef short rib
~mashed sweet potato, mushroom demi-glace & baby vegetables~
Didn't stay for dessert,
vanilla infused grilled pineapple
~saffron milk chocolate ganache, raspberry sauce, berries and raspberry sorbet~
