Celebrating birthday at Nando's

I did say that we would be celebrating more August babies :D  

On Wednesday, August 28, 2013, three of us treated a friend for dinner at Nando's, the birthday girl's choice. It was her actual birthday.  No taking the day off for this girl ;p

We went to the nearest one to our office ~ Lot 1.29.04, Pavilion KL. Its business hours are from 10am to 10pm daily.

The first Nando's restaurant was opened by two friends, Robert Brozin and Fernando Duarte.  In Malaysia, the first Nando's restaurant was opened in Bangsar in June 1998. Nando's Malaysia Director, Mac Chung Lynn first discovered Nando's when she was a student in London. 

At Nando's, chickens are marinated in Nando's traditional Peri-peri flavours - mild, hot or extra hot Peri-peri and flame-grilled.

Sharing is what Nando's is all about
so we shared the Meal Platter ~ whole chicken +
 regular sides (our choice: chips, corn-on-the-cob, coleslaw and potato wedges)
+ 2 bottomless soft drinks (our choice: Sprite and Coca-cola) ~
and Espertada
~ tender marinated chicken thighs and fresh peppers served on a skewer with 2 regular sides (our choice: corn-on-the-cob and potato wedges)
The evening went well ~ good food, good service and good company.
