Lunch at Spesial Sambal SS

On Monday, April 14, 2025, my colleague and I went for lunch at Spesial Sambal SS located at 41,43, Jalan Wan Kadir 2, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, 60000 Kuala Lumpur. It opens from 11am to 10pm daily.

I had talapia bakar (RM23.50) 

                            while my colleague had pakej sotong goreng tepung (RM19.50).

Wedding reception at Jiwa Damansara

It has been almost 8 years since I attended a wedding reception. I was invited to a colleague's wedding reception at Jiwa Damansara located at Block C, Neo Damansara, Jalan PJU 8/1, Damansara Perdana, 47820 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan on Saturday, May 3, 2025.

Attended the wedding reception at 1.20 pm and stayed on till 2.40pm.

It was great to see my colleagues.

Celebrating birthday at Porto Romano

Last Wednesday, April 30, 2025, I treated a colleague for her birthday lunch at Porto Romano Restaurant located at Mont Kiara Banyan, 28, Jalan Kiara, Mont Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur. It opens daily from 11am to 11pm. Her actual birthday is on April 1.

The birthday girl ordered spaghetti with meatballs, mushroom soup and orange juice.

Two other colleagues ordered Calzone ~ half moon pizza, Coke and lime juice

while I ordered grilled salmon fillet and hot lemon tea.

Celebrating birthday at Absolute Thai

Last Saturday, April 26, 2025, I treated my friend for his birthday lunch at Absolute Thai located at LG351, 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Lebuh Bandar Utama, Bandar Utama, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan. It opens daily from 10am to 10pm. His actual birthday is on April 23.

We ordered hot and spicy clear tomyam,

Japanese bean curd with minced chicken and prawns,

pandan chicken,

and papaya salad.

As usual, we had drinks after lunch. 

Last Saturday we went to The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. I had herbal and fruits tea and he had iced lemon tea. We also shared Chicago cheesecake.

On Wednesday April 9, 2025, we treated our colleague for her birthday lunch at Muhibbah Seafood located at 2851, Jalan Seri Penchala, Kampung Sungai Penchala, KL. It opens daily from 12pm to 2pm and 6pm to 10pm. Her actual birthday is on March 30.
