Everyone knows that it is important to exercise. While most people exercise to lose weight, I simply exercise for a healthy life. I didn't sign up for any gym membership. I just go to the gym at my condo.
I walk or run on the treadmill or
cycle on the exercise bike for an hour or so.
While I spent at least three times a week at the gym last year, I've only managed to do so once or twice a week this year. I really have to try harder to make time to go to the gym.
