Shopping in Sunway Velocity Mall

On Saturday, March 2, 2018, my cousin and I decided to meet up at Sunway Velocity Mall. I haven't met this cousin of mine for a few years now. Can't even remember the last time we met.

We had lunch at  Chili's where we ordered Texas cheesesteak tacos beef served with fries and ranch tortilla stack (RM58.30).

After lunch, I accompanied her to shop clothes for herself and family. Bought something for myself too :)

When she's done, we went to Dip n Dip Chocolate Cafe.  I ordered dipndip chocolate brownie and mixed fruits juice while my cousin ordered ice-cream brownie sundae ~ brownies with ice-cream topped with vanilla bean whipped cream drizzled with salted caramel sprinkled with candies pistachios and a cherry on top ~ and dipndip chocolate freezy ~ chocolate milkshake topped with vanilla bean whipped cream.

We had a good time. It was great to meet up after all these years.

Happy Chinese New Year 2018

The year of the dog began on Friday, February 16, 2018.

On Friday, February 9, 2018, our department had an 8-course dinner at Spring Garden, KLCC.

 On Wednesday, February 14, 2018, our team tossed yee sang before lunch at Sushi Zanmai located at Nu Sentral Mall.

On Sunday, February 25, 2018, four of us had dinner at The Red Bean Bag located at A4-1-08, Publika, Jalan Dutamas 1, Solaris Dutamas, 50480 KL before we had drinks and cakes at Ben's located at Lot 37A & 37B, Level G2, No.1, Jalan Dutamas 1, Solaris Dutamas, 50480 KL.

Brunch at Breakfast Thieves

Breakfast Thieves is located at Lot M, 29-5, Jalan Riong, Bangsar, 59100 Kuala Lumpur.

Its operating hours are from 9am to 5pm on Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday and from  9am to 10pm from Thursday to Saturday. It is closed on Monday.

Went there for brunch last Saturday, March 10, 2018.

We ordered orange juice (RM13), tinker bell (RM18) ~ avocado, dark chocolate, coconut milk, crushed pistachio and salted caramel ~  

The Legend (RM25) ~ spicy baked eggs with homemade beef chorizo meatball, green peas, mushroom, sweet corn, feta cheese with herbed garlic toast ~

The Sumo Brekkie (RM28) ~ udon with shiitake & dashi broth, soy-boiled egg, sweet corn, spring onion, shiitake mushroom, seaweed, a plate of tofu fritters, crisp enoki & lotus root.

Location ~ not too far

Seating ~ indoor and outdoor

Food presentation ~ typical

Taste ~ so-so

Price ~ pricey

Service ~ terrible

Coming back? ~ not after we are like been chased away by giving us the bill immediately after we finished our drinks and we haven't even decided to leave yet.
