After lunch with my cousin and her family on Deepavali (Tuesday, November 13, 2012), we headed to Istana Negara Lama. I've never been there before.
Didn't know there is an exhibition until we reached there.
The admission fee is RM2 per person for adult.

The Yang di-Pertuan Agong is the head of the country. Malaysia is a constitutional monarchy with an elected monarch as head of state. The Yang di-Pertuan Agong is one of the few elected monarchs in the world.

It was an unusual afternoon for me but a good learning experience... At least now I can say that I've been to Istana Negara Lama :)
