Breakfast at Thomas's Corner Cafe Too

Thomas's Corner Cafe Too is located at No.1D & 1E, G/F, Lorong Delta 4, 96000 Sibu. It opens daily from 7am to 6pm. We went there for breakfast on Sunday, December 28, 2025.

 I had fried glass noodles (RM7) and hot lemon (RM3).

My eldest sister had fried kuay teow (RM7).

My other sister and brothers had different types of noodles.

Celebrating Christmas 2025 and new year 2026

On Christmas day, we went for breakfast at Little Penang Kopitiam located at 53, Lorong Lau King Howe 1, 96000 Sibu. It opens daily 9am to 9pm from Monday to Friday and 8am to 9pm on Saturday and Sunday.

My eldest brother had Teochew porridge.

My sister had Penang style char kuay teow while my sister-in-law had char kuay teow with seafood.

My second brother had Penang style asam laksa.

I had prawn dumplings with noodles soup.

My niece had nutella toast 

and nasi lemak.

After breakfast, I joined my brother, sister-in-law and niece to go to Sibu Town Square to see the Christmas tree decorations.

I already went to the same place with my brothers on Sunday, December 21, 2025. 

On Friday, December 26, 2025, we had Christmas dinner at The Kitchen BBQ & Steamboat located at 19, Jalan Pipit, 96000 Sibu.  It opens daily from 4pm to 11pm. 

On New Year eve, we had dinner at Thomas's Corner Cafe Too located at 18, Lorong Wong King Huo, 96000 Sibu.

We had sea cucumber soup, 

sweet and sour chicken

tofu hot plate

Teochew style steamed talapia

and mixed vegetables with yam.

Fly back to KL on Sunday, January 4, 2026.

Lunch at Thai Luck

On Saturday, October 18, 2025, my cousin bought us lunch at Thai Luck located at 7-0-11, Jalan 3/109f, Danau Business Centre, 58100 Kuala Lumpur. It opens daily from 11am to 9.30pm.

We had kerabu mangga as appetiser.

My cousin had chicken rice and milk tea.

I had clear tom yam soup and lemongrass drink.

My Day

Celebrating the journey of another year!

I had my first birthday treat on Sunday, July 13, 2025 at Alcea Tea & Coffee located at A-03-06, Tamarind Square, Persiaran Multimedia, 63000 Cyberjaya, Selangor.  It opens from 8am to 7pm daily.

I had nasi lemak with grilled chicken and barley

while my friend had big breakfast and long black coffee.

On my birthday, Saturday, July 26, 2025, I received a delivery from bloomspace.co. 

I received money tree

and Golden Pothos.

On Saturday, August 2, 2025, I had lunch treat at Astana Restaurant located at A-01-10, Endah Promenade, Jalan 1/149e, Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, 57000 Kuala Lumpur. It opens daily from 11am to 10pm.

My friend had uzbek mastava (RM17) 

~ traditional uzbek soup Mastava made with tender beef and carrots ~

I had shashlyk chicken, 3 pieces (RM30) ~ marinated chicken cubes skewered on metal sticks ~

We shared baq la zhan ~ crispy eggplant salad ~

khachapuri (RM30) ~ flatbread with homemade dairy cheese ~

vareniki (RM20) ~ potatoes dumplings ~

Lastly, of course, the birthday cakes, 

medovik (RM15) ~ honey layer cake ~ 

and kartoshka  (RM9) ~ Russian chocolate cake ~

Petronas Twin Towers Skybridge and Observation Deck

Petronas Twin Towers is located at 201A-C, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur City Centre, 50088 Kuala Lumpur. The Skybridge was opened in May 2019. Its operating hours are from 9am to 9pm daily. Bought the entrance fee online for RM35.

The towers are connected at floors 41 and 42 by a two-story sky bridge which span 54.4m and rises 170m above the ground.

Went there on Friday, June 6, 2025 with my sister and eldest brother. We reached there at 2pm and went up right at 2.30pm. We were allowed to walk on the skybridge taking photos for 10 minutes. 

The view from the skybridge is amazing.

Then we went to the observation deck on the 86th floor for 15 minutes. 

We left at 3.10pm.

Lunch at Gold Standard Pho

My colleague and I have been to Gold Standard Pho for lunch a few times. It is a Vietnamese restaurant located at No.5, Jalan Sri Hartamas 7, 50480 Kuala Lumpur. It opens from 11am to 12am daily.

My colleague always ordered broken rice with fish (RM19)
